If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged RUB 1770.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs RUB 1000.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs RUB 1100.00 per person.
Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years.
Buffet breakfast costs RUB 550.00 per child under 12 years.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
